- 2 + years of programming experience with database technology
- Familiarity with current languages (SQL, VB/VB.NET, C++/C#, ASP/ASP.NET, Informix-4GL)
- Experience working with financial applications desired
- Experience with data modeling tools beneficial
- Experience with web services and/or Service Oriented Architecture beneficial
- Training in user-centered design (UCD) beneficial
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

| - Design and write major modules to meet specifications
- Modify and test existing programs to meet new or revised specifications
- Assure program, module and system integrity through thorough testing and adherence to company standards and procedures
- Prepare and/or modify program and system documentation
- Build and work in a fast-paced, team environment
