- Exposure to the functions and operations of County Clerk and Recorder offices
- Knowledge of local government operations
- Exposure to data and image conversion processes and programs
- Familiarity with processes involving eCommerce and electronic transactions

| Responsibilities |
|
- Execute on and deliver project work to customers
- Conduct software testing and troubleshooting
- Work closely with Developers to perform defect analysis
- Discovering Gaps in software to meet business needs
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of systems
- Participate in internal delivery support initiatives such as training programs, service refinements, knowledge management and support
- Customer Training and Software Implementation
- Basic Project Management
- Identify areas in the software that need improvement for overall user experience
- Assisting in Level 2 and Level 3 support issues
