| - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or Education Equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in one or more areas of human resources.
- 2 or more years recruiting experience in a technologies company is desired.
- Broad-based knowledge of human resource principles, practices, laws, regulations, policies and the proven ability to interpret and apply them in daily interactions.
- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
- Excellent analytical ability.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and HR databases.
- PHR/SPHR preferred.
| | Responsibilities |
| - Provide leadership and direction for the division’s recruitment of candidates to support company growth and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance to division managers on decisions and actions relating to hiring, orientation, terminating, workforce development, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company policy in the division’s multi-state environment.
- Creates and maintains position descriptions to reflect current responsibility and qualifications required for division jobs.
- Travel up to 25%.
