These may include data collection or verification of all or of major property classes; public information efforts; valuation and field review; public disclosure and informal appeal of the new values.
Complex Valuation: Tyler understands that occasions arise that necessitate special expertise for complex properties. To help jurisdictions succeed in all valuations, Tyler provides resources to appraise these complex properties.
Valuation Consulting: Tyler’s expertise is our clients’ advantage. We can act as a trusted advisor to government employees on how to get the most out of their resources, perform complex tasks such as regression modeling, or help with projects that require specialized knowledge.
Value Update Services: This update service is similar to the Full Reappraisal Services, but without full data verification or collection. Other activities, such as informal appeals, can be included to meet needs of the jurisdiction.
Expert Testimony: When necessary, Tyler may act as an advisor to clients to help them understand the strength of their position, and to provide settlement guidelines. If settlement is not reached, Tyler will prepare a report, perform discovery and then testify.
New Construction: Properties change. Tyler can help by performing field work and establishing values on properties discovered to have a change in value as a result of new construction, building or demolition permits, or other information that is provided to the assessor.
Appraisal Training: Tyler is serious about client success. To help ensure clients have the tools they need, Tyler staff can provide training for existing or new government employees in the use of CAMA systems, data collection and other activities as needed.
Image Data Collection: To enhance the property data collection process, Tyler can gather representative curbside images significant improvements on each parcel from the public way. The images are checked for quality, re-shot as needed, and added to the CAMA database indexed to the appropriate parcel.

Data Entry Services: Not all jurisdictions have the resources they need to complete projects on time. Tyler can help by providing data entry assistance to help keep projects running smoothly.
