Tyler’s Student Registration streamlines the enrollment process with advanced selection capabilities and easy database search flexibility. With a single click, this powerful application performs all required functions such as mass enrollment, and the withdrawal, transfer, or graduation of an entire class. The main student record is searchable by the student’s system-generated unique student ID—or by name, social security number, date of birth, or parent information, for the current year or all years attended. Additionally, each student can be associated with more than one school for instructional services. Automatic validation of each student’s recorded date of birth provides a system-generated warning if any student is underage for enrollment.

Information and Tasks

Once a student registration is entered, associated tasks are automatically created and related functions are easily carried out. Update the student’s health history, assign him to his registered classes, and cross-reference his personal information.
